This role is the Personal Assistant to the three Business Advisory Services Partners and Regional Business Manager.

To be the successful applicant for this position you will need to possess:
• Relevant proven PA skills
• Experience and knowledge
• Demonstrate a willing and flexible attitude.

Previous PA experience is essential and some exposure to professional services is preferred.

Highly professional and organised, you'll have the natural ability to prioritise and coordinate, meet tight deadlines and anticipate needs and outcomes, staying one step ahead.

Being the right hand person to the Partners you will undertake a comprehensive range of duties and responsibilities ranging from:
• Assisting and supporting the Partners and wider team by taking on daily administrative duties, allowing them to focus on the strategic side of the business
• Travel and diary management
• Screening, actioning and following-up all forms of communication
• Liaising internally and externally - maintaining a good rapport with clients
• Preparation of presentations, reports and other documentation
• Creativity applied to the drafting of communications
• Working as an integral part of the Corporate Services team
• Handling confidential matters.

The successful applicant will also have the following traits:

• Great organisational and time management skills
• Computer software literacy - particularly the Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent keyboard skills with a very high level of accuracy
• Ability to work autonomously as required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• The ability to work effectively and efficiently in pressurised situations.

This role will suit a self sufficient and proactive administrator and implementer, who is focused on delivering a superior service and who thrives on working in a busy and dynamic environment.
