They are looking for a Front-line Administrator who has that unique corporate flair and vibrancy to be responsible for the overall running of the reception area.

Within this role you will be undertaking a multiple range of varied and interesting responsibilities, including: • Managing incoming calls, ensuring they are answered in a prompt, friendly and professional manner • Greeting all Clients in a friendly and professional manner • Typing of letters, memos, faxes, spreadsheets • Making bookings for meeting rooms • Ordering of stationary and supplies • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and couriers • Assisting and supporting the surrounding team with a range of day to day administrative functions • Administration • Organizing Client/Staff events and functions.
