RECEPTIONIST: Auckland Inner

• Counselling company seeks a receptionist to job-share a position in their not-for-profit counselling service in Mt Eden, Auckland.

They seek someone who:
• Can provide a warm welcoming reception for all clients and visitors
• Can maintain an efficient computerized client booking system, sensitive to the needs of their clients and counsellors
• Has knowledge of Auckland social services.

The position is a job-shared one and the successful applicant is expected to provide cover for the other receptionist's absences, on a mutual basis.

Hours of work are:
Tue 2.00 - 6.00 pm 4 hrs
Wed 2.00 - 6.00pm 4 hrs
Fri 8.45 am- 12.45 pm 4 hrs
Sat 8.45 am- 1.00 pm 4.25 hrs
Total hours a week 16.25 hrs

Salary range $17 - $18.50 hr.
