We are currently seeking the services of an Office Administrator / Personal Assistant supporting our office team. 

You will need to be able to work autonomously but also enjoy working as part of the team and be flexible in your daily work activity. No one day will be the same and there is plenty of opportunities to take responsibility to ensure the smooth running and growth of this business. The role is full time with an immediate start ideal Hours of work will be Monday to  Friday from  9am to 5 pm.

In this role you will carry out but not limited to the following duties

  • Day-to-day office management
  • PA duties to directors
  • Reception duties 
  • Administrative duties 
  • Maintaining and establishing office systems
  • Order processing
  • Client liasing


To be considered for this role you need to be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Excellent typing skills with a high level of speed and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • High level of computer competency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Extremely Organised, reliable and motivated to do well
  • Be positive, fun, happy and energetic
  • Keen to continue to learn and further develop your skill set
  • Enjoy being busy without getting flustered
  • Work with good common sense and initiative
  • Enjoy answering the telephone in a warm and friendly manner
  • Be a good team member and happy to help out wherever possible
  • Be self-motivated and take ownership of this role
  • Proven administration or office experience
  • A professional and proactive attitude to work
  • Availability to work at short notice and for an immediate start
  • Flexibility to work in a range of different roles
