THE KEY OUTPUTS FOR THIS ROLE ARE:

- Have experience with Excel, MS Word , Outlook, MYOB Exonet, Gimp, Mailchimp, Graphic Design Software

- Maintaining incoming orders , up selling/finalising orders, invoicing , assisting the 'Sales Rep's'

- Running the office to maintain a good communication flow between Office, Warehouse & Management. 

- Customer Services / Sales Experience

- Maintaining Web Site activities, new registrations, Online Orders , Photography of new product

- Placing Photos of Product onto IPADS, Website

- Some Warehouse Picking & Packing

- Ability to put together Marketing Material as in Flyers, Product Booklets

Hours: Monday to Friday from 9.30 am to 2:30 pm
