We are seeking an Experienced Accounts Administrator with at least 3 years experience in a similar role.
Skills and Experience:
- Good Knowledge of Ace Payroll and Xero
- Completing PAYE and GST returns online
- End of month reporting
- Accounts Payable/Receivable processing, reconciliation
- Excellent telephone manner and positive, friendly attitude
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Can-do attitude with great problem solving ability and use of initiative
- Accuracy, reliability, attention to detail
- Ability to keep smiling when the pressure is on
- Ability to achieve results with minimal supervision
- Using Microsoft Office; Excel, Outlook
This is a permanent full time position 40-45 hours per week
