This candidate must be well-presented and professional, friendly, outgoing and have a "can-do" attitude. Someone who enjoys being busy, is well organised with great attention to detail along with great communication and time management skills. Applicant must show they can work well using their initiative. 

A high level oral and written communication ability is required along with a proven competency in MS Office desktop applications. You will play an integral part to the smooth running of a high performance office and supportive team environment.

 

Reception duties include:

  • Front of house meet & greet

  • Answering of reception phone

  • Managing shared areas including restocking, keeping cupboards and benches clean and tidy, running dishwasher

  • Maintenance of catering equipment and hygiene thereof e.g. coffee machine, fridge, compost

  • Stationery and consumables orders/stock management

  • Copier maintenance

  • Couriers sending/receiving

  • Mail distribute incoming, arrange outgoing

  • Manage deliveries

 

Administration duties include:

  • Main point of contact for any (User Interfaced) related issues that may arise from staff on our database, Union Square. 

  • Gather feedback from staff regarding any issues following System Upgrades, and any day to day complaints.

  • Support for one of our Senior Associates in System and Process improvements.

 

This job will be a permanent full time position. Monday - Friday with a 40 - 45 hour week.
