We are looking for an Office Administrator to support our administration team based at our head office in Leeston ? just 25mins from Hornby.

The role is for 32.5hrs per week (6.5hrs per day)

The following attributes are necessary:
? Previous experience and full knowledge of all administration procedures and accounting principles ? including bank rec, GST, administering floorplan finance facility and debtors/creditors
? Excellent IT skills and computer literacy including Word, Excel and Xero with high attention to detail
? Ability to prioritize and work to deadlines
? Excellent problem solving abilities
? Team player

The successful applicant will have strong previous experience in a similar role, be able to work school holidays, be able to provide a complete employment history and at least two relevant work references.
