We are looking for the right person to join Brenda Currie Property Management Ltd in the role of Repairs and Maintenance Coordinator. This role has varied administrative duties, as well as the need to occasionally visit properties.

The position is Monday to Friday and does have flexibility around setting start and finish times and hours over the school holidays if needed. This position is for approx. 18 hours and requires the employee to have the on-call phone one weekend a month. There could be the possibility of hours increasing over time.

The person we are looking for will have:
*Experience in administration
*Excellent computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.)
*Skills using Palace or other Property Management Software
*Driver?s license with reliable transport
*Nice phone manner
*Excellent letter writing/wording
*Knowledge of Healthy Homes requirements would be an advantage
*Knowledge in home maintenance helpful but not necessary
