We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Administrator to work alongside our amazing Support Team to boost our resources in a number of key areas:

  • develop and manage systems and processes for facility hire

  • assist the College in identifying and applying for grants and sponsorship for projects and activities

  • provide backup reception and attendance duties to cover leave and absences

  • assist with other improvement projects and events as required.

This is a fixed term part time position working 20 hours per week, school term time only. Some additional term time and school holiday hours will be required from time to time to provide backup for others and ensure coverage over key periods. It is fixed term due to the short term needs and project-related aspects of the role, and limited funding. 

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • excellent administrative and reception skills

  • proficient with systems and processes and MS Office

  • excellent written and oral communication skills

  • a real interest in boosting the College?s finances

  • experience in grants applications and sponsorship preferable

  • experience in a school environment ideal

  • accuracy and attention to detail

  • ability to work both independently and in a team environment
