SportsMed Physiotherapy is part of the Motus Network of clinics located around the South Island.
This awesome position of Clinic Admin Lead has recently been created. Essentially, the role will provide timely, efficient, and accurate administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the clinic whilst providing a first-class delivery service to the Business Manager, staff and patients.
Our ideal candidate will need to be an admin ?guru? who loves MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knows it inside out. You will need to be proficient in accounts (analyse financial and commercial data, reconciliations, invoicing, debtor and stock management) as well as being someone who genuinely thrives when immersed in a people centric environment. Experience of leading a small team is essential, as is being able to multitask all the above-mentioned tasks plus a few more, whilst still retaining a smile on your face.
As we are a health care provider, previous experience around health care funding processes e.g. ACC and third-party funding would be preferred.
SportsMed operates from 7am ? 7pm, Monday to Friday. This position is up to 30 hours per week and we?re happy to offer flexibility to work the hours that suit you. You may be keen to work school hours or, start early and have the afternoons to yourself, just let us know on your application!
