Stella Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to assist with accounts administration & processing activities effective from February 2017.  This role is expected to take approximately 15 hours per week.

In this role you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing Accounts Payable invoices
  • Raising supplier invoices
  • Debt collection
  • Processing expense claims and credit card transactions

To be successful you'll need to have:

  • Experience with Xero & Sage accounting software
  • The ability to multi task and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Advanced communication skills

Reporting to the Accountant and based in Greenlane, Auckland, this is part-time role expected to take 15 hours per week, Tuesday to Thursday.
