Senior Social Account Manager

FUSE is a one-stop shop focused on strategy and building brand assets in owned and earned platforms and integrating these with paid media. Apart from branded content and sponsorship, FUSE in Asia Pacific specializes in experiential, celebrity management, in-store and social media activity.

Fuse is seeking a dedicated Senior Social Account Manager in their social team to lead social and digital strategy and delivery across paid, owned and earned social media platforms for some of New Zealand's biggest & Iconic brands.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide direction on brand's social strategy, social business frameworks, content planning and social channel management.
  • Develop and manage current and new business projects and programmes.
  • Independently manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the wider group.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs to provide them with their needs and provide outstanding service.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff members.


  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in the digital communications space; background must include senior-level experience in an agency environment or other client-facing setting.
  • Proven track record of leading large accounts and exceptional client service skills; global brand management experience or other large well-known entities is strongly preferred.
  • Strong line management skills.
  • Outstanding research and analytical skills.
  • Superior communication, organisational, and project management skills.
  • Understanding of content creation and paid media formats.
