Lateral Corporation, a listed NZAX company, has been a leader in mobile technology and services for many years. If you've ever voted using SMS on a blockbuster TV programme or entered a text competition there is a good chance you have used one of our systems.

Lateral is developing new business in the international mobile payments, applications and e-commerce industry and expects this business to grow rapidly. 

We are seeking an Office and Accounts Administrator to join our small team in a 25-hour per week, sole charge position.  The role is ideal for any individual currently working towards their CA qualifications.  We will ensure sufficient flexibility for you to conduct your studies effectively.

We require a self-starter who can demonstrate a previous history of initiative, accuracy and the ability to operate across multiple disciplines in a small team.  

  • MYOB
  • Payroll, Debtors, Creditors, Filing tax documentation
  • Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Office Administration, records management
  • Supporting the Executive team and Directors

    You will be required to assist the CEO, and other senior staff in the preparation of monthly and annual reports, forecasting and budgeting, and various analytical projects.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
