Admin Plus is growing again and is in search of an Administrator that has the X-Factor, that is looking to join a fun, fast paced, role that comes with a whole lot of variety.  This is a full time role based in Onekawa with some client work to be completed offsite.

We provide our clients with an Accounts Administrator on a regular contract basis throughout Hawkes Bay, so that our clients can be assured that their business will be continually staffed with an experienced person who can add value to their business.  We pride ourselves on being adaptable, efficient and being able to work with any sized business.

Our client duties include (but are not limited to)

  • Accounts Payable, Receivables (includes data entry)
  • Payroll
  • Banking reconciliations
  • GST returns
  • Credit control
  • Monthly reporting to business owners
  • Customer service/Phone Answering service

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in the above tasks
  • Experience with Xero or other accounting packages and are not scared by learning new systems.
  • Proactive with a real YES I can attitude
  • Ability to adapt to various roles daily without jeopardising client service
  • Strong proven skills in relationship management
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be bright, friendly and with an approachable manner
  • Must have own vehicle and clean drivers licence
  • Takes pride in personal presentation and grooming
  • Great sense of humour and doesn't take life too seriously!!
