Hick Bros is one off New Zealand's leading complex earthworks/civil and infrastructure companies. Currently we are completing some of the largest projects being undertaken in both land development and public infrastructure.

 

With 2017 being busier than expected we seek a Payroll / Administrator to join our team.  

 

This role will suit someone that has had previous experience in a Payroll position and take pride in their work.

 

The Hick Bros team is a fun and focused group that work hard, take ownership, accountability and responsibility for their work. They seek a like-minded individual to join their close knit team.

 

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Office Manager and Administration Team
  • COMACC  / MYOB Employer Services (Payroll Software)
  • Processing timesheets and invoices accurately and timely
  • Understanding Holidays Act and IRD process
  • Able to follow systems
  • Tracking weekly tasks and progress
  • Data Entry
  • MS office Suites
  • General Admin duties

 

As you will be using MYOB Employer Services software knowledge of the system would be handy but not essential at all.

 

This opportunity could suit a returning mother looking to get back into work; someone who has experience and decided to return to University for night classes or someone with a few years' experience and looking for a new career opportunity.
