Accounting and Administration Team Leader.

Your flexible attitude, patience and hands-on approach will be really appreciated by the team. Ideally you'll have all around experience in accounting and preferable knowledge of SAP.

Working closely with the management accountant  for a critical area of the business, your expertise will be required to help smooth the path to a successful growth of the company.

Overall responsibilities: This is not conclusive list. Your flexibility and adaptability is required.

  • Accounting areas, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable (reconciling a large number of supplier accounts, timely processing of AP etc.) Bank reconciliation and other relevant accounting duties.
  • Cash flow forecast
  • Credit Control, debtor allocations
  • To liaise with External Accountant and Contract Accountant in regards to the completion of accounts, annually and the tax filing.
  • To finalize monthly management accounting reports for the companies as and when required
  • To assist in preparation of budgets, forecast for the companies
  • To assist the company to set procedures and manage projects on time
  • General administration duties

You will really enjoy using your advanced Accounts processes and systems knowledge and well-developed communication skills in this role. Your ability to think critically about procedures and work to project deadlines will be invaluable.
