Accounting Administrator

Your flexible attitude, patience and hands-on approach will be really appreciated by the team. Ideally you'll have Accounts Receivable or Credit Control or Accounts Payable or Costing experience and preferable knowledge of SAP.

Working closely with the management accountant for a critical area of the business, your expertise will be required to help smooth the path to a successful growth of the company. Along with core Accounts work, you will deal with queries from key contacts within the business and major accounts.

Key areas of responsibility may include:

  • Monitor and control accuracy of billings
  • Timely processing of AR, AP
  • Debtor allocations, Credit Control
  • Inventory, Cost Control, Cost analysis
  • Reconciliations, AP any other duties reasonable requested in accounting administration area

You will really enjoy using your advanced Accounts processes and systems knowledge and well-developed communication skills in this role. Your ability to think critically about procedures and work to project deadlines will be invaluable.
