Veterinary Enterprises Group is a national veterinary business with 24 branches located around New Zealand. Our head office is based in Te Awamutu and we are looking for a proactive and professional person to join our close knit Finance team. Your priority in this role is to be the main point of contact for accounts receivable so strong communication skills are a must, along with impeccable attention to detail.

This is a business critical role within a busy department and we need someone who has outstanding communication skills who is comfortable with customer engagement utilising negotiation skills when required. General responsibilities include:

• Processing debtor receipts
• Month end rollover
• Credit control/overdue debtors
• Reconciliations
• General administrative duties

Knowledge of accounts receivable procedures are essential for the role along with a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial and other information.  Experience in MYOB EXO or similar financial management systems would be an advantage, although not essential
