About the business and the role - Love to organise? This leading edge Audiovisual organisation in the central city is growing fast. To keep up they need support in the areas of Administration and Accounts. To be successful in this role you'll be super-organised and have an eye for detail that others marvel at. When it comes to processes and procedures you're the kind of person who sees better ways to do things, but if you find that it already works you're a stickler for following the process…..and you don't let others cut corners! You have the ability to drive the Accounts Payable and Receivable function, ensuring that everything is 100% accurate. By the same token, what people love about you is that nothing's below you. You're happy to answer the phones, order the stationery, make sure there's enough milk, process weekly timesheets and coordinate all those things that others seem to miss. You love to learn and grow so the prospect of taking on new challenges is exciting for you. Oh, and nothing's a bother to you - you may be super organised but when something comes out of left field you take it in your stride. You'll work in a small, busy and focused organisation amongst a group of technical specialists, so understanding the electrical or Audiovisual industry would help you. You'll support one of the Directors and take some of the workload off their shoulders. If you demonstrate enough skills you'll be given added responsibility and take on bigger elements of the role.
