Are you passionate about building a high performing team?  Do you know what great Procurement to Payment looks like?   Do you have an interest in streamlining and refining the way things are done now, using modern systems to deliver an integrated procurement to payment processing service?  

Reporting to the Accounting Services Manager, this exciting opportunity will be responsible for providing day to day leadership, expertise and advice to a small Accounts Payable team, to enable them to consistently deliver to high quality AP services to our offices around the world, as we implement an integrated online procurement to payment process.

The key responsibilities of the role will be to provide expertise, guidance and leadership to the Accounts Payable specialists; manage the operational financial requirements of the business, and engage with the wider finance function and management team across the organisation to ensure they are supported as required. At the same time, you will be leading the roll out of the new paperless procurement process across the organisation.  Most importantly, this role will not only allow you to perfect your already strong leadership skills but will enable you to get involved in the doing.

To be successful in this role you must have hands on experience with modern online procurement to payment processing systems, excellent communication skills, be a positive and motivating leader, develop strong professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, have solid experience in a finance focused role and proven experiencing developing and growing a team.
