We are looking for an experienced Payroll individual to join our office team at Glen Innes Pak'nSave. We are a large scale business that has a proven track record for promoting and developing our people to reach their full potential and achieve their goals.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE:

 

You will be responsible for a high volume of payroll for all staff at Glen Innes Pak'nSave.

 

You will need to:

  • Effectively manage all processes, policies and procedures related to payroll in the store.
  • Ensure on a weekly basis the pay run is completed correctly and any one off payments are actioned appropriately
  • Undertake all maintenance and editing of the payroll system (database management)
  • Assist with annual leave and payroll enquiries from internal parties and resolve complaints
  • Liaise with all appropriate third parties eg. IRD & ACC as required and maintain effective relationships
  • Ensure PAYE/Kiwisaver is reconciled appropriately

     

    This is a Part Time position and hours/days will be discussed with applicants who move forward into the interview process

     

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVE:

  • More than 3 years Payroll experience or 1 – 2 years Payglobal experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role with a high volume of Payroll is preferred
  • Team work skills
  • Exceptional eye for detail and accuracy is essential
  • Clear communication in both written and verbal English

 

 

Experience with Payglobal system would be an advantage
