Do you love a challenge? Put your management, problem solving, customer resolution and negotiation skills to work as a Collections and Disputes Specialist.

Reporting to Group IT and Accounts Manager, you will be responsible to manage the group credit control operations i.e. resolving all billing inquiries and disputes as well as the collection of debt. You'll be managing a well-supported tight knit team focused on managing debt levels, reducing the cost of credit and resolving customer disputes. Using your excellent communication skills you will liaise with internal and customers building effective relationships to achieve successful outcomes and reduce the company risk.

You will also be responsible for providing supervision on financial and administrative services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations.

You have excellent investigation and analytical skills and thrive on thinking outside of the square, always looking for ways to continuously streamline and improve our technology and processes. You love turning challenges into opportunities and solutions and it goes without saying you pick up systems and technology easily and have extensive experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products particularly excel.

You will have a proven track record retrieving debt and managing difficult accounts. Experience in dealing with Australian businesses is a must as we have got majority of our business in Australia managed through New Zealand operations.

Minimum 5 years' of management experience required.
