About the business and the role

We are  a leading health company with its head office based in the Hawkes Bay with clinics across the Hawkes Bay region, we also have a large number of clinics in Auckland and also Gisborne. The role we are seeking to recruit is key in ensuring the smooth running of the accounts and the interface betwen accounts and our customer management system. thus allowing for accurate and timley daily , monthly reporting

Job tasks and responsibilities

Key tasks

Cash management reconcile all bank accounts

Reciept payments

Awnser and action queries from customers

Ensure all money owed is collected on

Report to mangement as required

Accounts payable  All account payable entering

Ensuring xero is correct

General Task

Ensuring the correct finnacila procedure are being carried out by other staff with our CRM system thus ensuring smooth daily and monthly reporting

Asisting in other finance related administration as required

 

Skills and experience

Skills and Experience

Good knowledge of accounting packages especially XERO

Excellent spread sheeting skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills , able to demand of others

Able to cope with pressure

Has the potential to develope within the business
