We are about building people and business together and are looking for a new Accounts Receivable talent to join us and further develop your career path with the company.    

You will work closely with the Finance Team in order to ensure the smooth running of the receivables function.  This role requires the ability to work well with others, yet be self sufficient in meeting personal targets.  With high attention to detail and a great attitude where the accounts team work together to achieve the common goal.

The role involves:

  • Accounts Receivable
  • Responsibility for all variance's with Government Contracts, liaising with our Admin Manager
  • Collection of all outstanding debts, make phone calls and send emails as appropriate

Skills and experience we prefer:

  • Minimum 2 years Office Management or Administration experience
  • Knowledge in using XERO, and ability to learn other business software quickly
  • Confident with high volumes of invoice processing, data entry & reconciliation.
  • Friendly and a team player
  • Fluent in oral and written English
  • Mandarin speaker preferred (some translation may be required for patients)
  • Efficient and proactive work manner
  • Effective at identifying problems and providing appropriate solutions
  • Other daily processing and administration tasks
