We're looking for a Finance Administrator (Accounts Payable) to join the Corporate Services Group at our national office in central Wellington. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the finance team, which includes managing accounts payable, processing debtor receipts, invoicing and credit control processes, responding to customer queries, and providing administrative support for managing MITO's vehicle fleet.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in accounts payable processes
  • Demonstrable experience with complex spreadsheets and accounting packages (knowledge of Great Plains would be an advantage)
  • Demonstrable understanding of computer based financial management systems and financial reporting
  • Evidence of providing consistent levels of excellent customer support services and communicating well to all levels of the business
  • Strong computer skills in a Windows environment are essential
  • Understanding of, and commitment to, the promotion and adherence of health and safety practices.
