Although the role is predominantly CSM (Customer Service Manager) there will be an opportunity for the right candidate to become a loan writer once they have established themselves within the business and shown the appropriate attributes.

Job tasks and responsibilities

This is an administration role at the very heart of the business, you will be involved with everything. You will be responsible for taking the information collected by our loan writers, analysing it and preparing an application to send to the banks. You will then manage our processes, communicate with the adviser, the banks and the client. Once an offer of finance is received you will prepare the statement of advice to be sent out and follow up with all the key stakeholders until settlement.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa

Skills and experience

We are looking for someone with lending/insurance/banking experience to join our team and work from an existing client base of over 1000 clients.

This opportunity is incredibly dynamic and will see you well positioned to have a job that grows and moulds to your strengths. Most of your time will be liaising with clients and lenders, working at Remarkables Park Office and supporting our loan writer and clients throughout the lending and insurance process.

You will be an integral part of the team where your opinions relating to systems, processes and services will be encouraged as we are always challenging ourselves to improve our service and offering.
