Accounts Payable Administrator

Crown Relocations is one of the world's largest relocation companies, providing a complete range of relocation and records management services to the International and Domestic market, for both private individuals and Corporates.

An exciting opportunity has come available for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our finance team. This new role is domiciled at our Head Office in Albany and reports to the Financial Manager.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Entering supplier invoices into the in-house job costing system, or by direct input.
  • Liaising with branches to maintain integrity of the purchase order systems and workflow.
  • Reconciling supplier statements – progressing disputed / missing invoices
  • Maintaining and updating supplier database, and processing supplier account applications.
  • Undertaking payment of local / international suppliers by direct credit
  • Cover and support for other members of finance team

    The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Ideally 2/3 years previous Accounts Payable experience.
  • Good level of oral and written communication.
  • Ability to use initiative to manage job cost invoice processing.
  • Good Excel skills.
  • Willingness to work as part of a close knit finance team.
  • Knowledge of Great Plains would be an advantage.
