Classic Events is an event company responsible for some of the regions favourite events.  We run Balloons over Waikato, the Great NZ Food Show, the NZ Motorhome, Caravan & Leisure Shows Nth Island and Sth Island and Round the Bridges.  We also own and run the newly created online business Off The Beaten Track (OTBT), a new peer to peer land sharing company.

We are looking for a part time accounts administrator to work 15-20 hours per week, however this is not a data entry position. We use Xero, so you'll need to be proficient in using this product. We run numerous events, each requiring specific invoicing schedules depending on exhibitor and time of booking.

This role requires someone who has business confidence and experience.  The ideal candidate will be proficient in Xero, able to input and analyse cashflow data, manage the various show budgets, be confident in dealing with debtors, and have the basic financial knowledge to be able to look after the company's affairs confidently and liaise with our accountant.
