The Accounts Administrator will be a key part of a busy finance and admin team and will manage and maintain accounts records for the business, in addition to providing support to the Finance Manager in the smooth day to management of the finance and administrative functions.

Duties will include:

  • Preparation of the Weekly Payroll
  • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processing
  • Credit Control
  • Preparing Reconciliations
  • Assisting with Month End Reporting
  • Assisting with Customer inquiries

   To be successful in this role you must have / be:

  • An experienced Accounts Administrator.
  • Good working knowledge of Accounting & Payroll packages.  Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • An excellent communicator, easy going and highly professional
  • Focused on continuous improvement and creating efficiencies
  • Someone with a high level of analytical skills and strong attention to detail
  • Motivated by the opportunity to support in growing and developing the business
