Durell Commercial­ Interiors

We are looking for someone to manage the accounting and administration function for our office interiors company and three other small companies within our group.

The position includes:
- General administration duties and facilitating staff amenities and supplies
- Some Reception work
- Overseeing accounts payable and receivable
- Managing existing administration staff
- Monthly reports and reconcilations
- Preparation of GST/PAYE/FBT returns
- Payroll for 25 staff

Skills and attributes required:
- Must be computer literate and competent with Word and Excel
- Must have some experience working with accounts to the 'Trial Balance' level
- Experience with EXO would be an advantage
- Able to prepare a variety of reports to support Directors as required
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Must be an excellent communicator
- Responsible, reliable and honest
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workloads

Hours of work:
The Accounts Administrator is a permanent salaried position, full time.
