This is a permanent full-time position based at our Henderson Office in West Auckland.

The successful applicant will have a high level of computer literacy, with excellent attention to detail, strong time management skills and possess the ability to work on their own.

To be successful, you will have the following:

  • A sound understanding of accounting practices
  • Proficiency and experience with MYOB accounting software and Netpay Payroll is preferable
  • Responsibility for all aspects of accounts, including Receivables; Payables; GST; Reconciliations and preparation of monthly cashflow reporting
  • Payroll and GST
  • Knowledge and experience in managing HR responsibilities
  • Excellent English and communication skills, with the right balance of authority and friendliness to be effective
  • Ability to use initiative and problem solving skills

We are looking for an outgoing, adaptable and confident person who is well presented and has an ability to work in a diverse role

The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Senior Lawyer to manage a busy law centre providing a walk-in clinic and services to the Waitemata area.
