Taking ownership and using your initiative to complete tasks to a high level and on time will help you excel in this front line position.

You will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Coordinating and producing presentations
  • Administering tender documentation including placing advertisements
  • Producing tender invitations to subcontractors
  • Data entry of purchase orders/time sheets
  • Accounts administration - creditor invoices, petty cash
  • Tidy upkeep of meeting rooms and kitchen
  • Stationary including ordering, regular stock takes
  • Incoming and outgoing mail/courier parcels to name a few

Ultimately, we are looking for someone with:

  • Proven reception & administration experience within the commercial sector
  • Stable work history
  • Clear & concise communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Meticulous work standards - high attention to detail and accurate spelling
  • High level of personal presentation
  • Great time management skills with the ability to effectively plan and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook) - Photoshop would be an advantage
  • Accounts experience (Greentree) is an advantage

You will work well under pressure and have the confidence to deal with people across all levels including the management team, clients, sub contractors, internal staff and suppliers. Utilise your creative skills by designing invitations for clients, staff functions using Photoshop. Your ability to "think on your feet", show initiative and offer solutions are pivotal for this fantastic opportunity along with a good sense of humour and positive outlook.
