Well known within their market and with operations across New Zealand, this company prides themselves on providing their clients with the best possible service. They focus on giving their clients personalised service to best suit their needs, which crosses over into their workplace environment, where they value their staff and work together to achieve business goals.

Due to recent growth, they are in need of someone to join their team based in the Head Office in Papakura in this newly created position. You will be providing training and support to colleagues around the use of their in-house system, along with providing administration support to the Operations team.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience being the go to person for system or IT help and advice
  • Be a quick learner and able to think on your feet
  • Great phone manner
  • Able to troubleshoot queries and work through issues logically
  • A can-do attitude, ready to hit the ground running!

You may have 1-2 years experience in an administration position or similar, or from a customer service or call centre environment where you have gained exposure to IT or systems, and are the go to person for help and advice.
