Sole Charge Administration Role, Great Team Environment, Mount Maunganui Based.

We have an opportunity for an Office Manager to join our team. We are a busy, down to earth and inclusive management team that values our team culture.

This is a hands on, autonomous role that encompasses all elements of office administration including marketing, HR, customer service and reception.

Please apply if you;

  • Have proven experience in office management and accounts processes.
  • Are competent in computerised accounting systems in the areas of creditors, debtors, bank reconciliation and payroll. MYOB preferred but not essential.
  • Are a motivated and organised self starter.
  • Possess excellent people, communication and customer service skills.
  • Have a high level of competency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Possess a sense of humour and are a team player.

Experience in the construction sector would be seen as a bonus but not essential.
