Key Duties:

This position requires a Qualified Office Manager with appropriate Management qualification and knowledge.

  • Managing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management
  • Setting high standards of services and ensuring they are maintained at all times
  • Prioritizing daily tasks and successfully managing the office
  • Organizing recruitment and induction activities
  • Supervising and training employees when appropriate
  • Delegating work to staff and managing their workload and output
  • Resolution of problems Promoting and monitoring staff development, performance management and training
  • Implementing and promoting equality at the company
  • Managing and reviewing facilities and equipment
  • Liaising with agencies, organizations and groups to harmonize business flow
  • Assisting fast and efficient
  • Reviewing and updating health and safety policies and ensuring they are observed
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies and procedures

Additional Information;

  • Position will require weekend work
  • Public holidays and some split shifts
  • Full police clearance and full medical required.
