We currently have a great opportunity available within Hansen Products, we are seeking a full time Customer Services Support person to work in our Head Office in Whangarei.

Hansen Products are seeking a highly motivated individual with passion for and commitment to excellence in Customer Service.

The following skills are required:

  • Intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Package
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and prioritise
  • Great time management skills
  • Common sense
  • Comfortable to adapt at short notice
  • Self-Confidence, motivation and a great team player

The CRM Support role involves handling inbound calls, logging information into the Customer Relationship Management System and maintaining this information to ensure it is up to date at all times as well as other general administrative tasks.
