This is an established (over 16 years) business serving the hospitality sector. The focus is on quality value for money products and providing exceptional service to our clients. Our product range is in many cases boutique wines supplied by family owned businesses that are passionate about their product.

The position of Office & Operations Manager is paramount in needs of the business to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office, warehouse and support for the sales team. The key responsibilities are overall systems, time lines and procedures as required by the MD. Key functions include management of office staff, overall stock control, payroll, debt management and collection, bank systems and reconciliation of accounts. The administration and warehouse team comprises 6 staff.

This is a challenging busy position which requires a skilled manager and organiser to prioritize and meet company expectations and time lines – all combined with the ability to flex as required! Good communication skills are essential as well as developing the team environment. This is a hands-on, small team position requiring the ability for all staff members to cover for each other.

The organisation is realistic regarding remuneration and is prepared to negotiate an attractive package with the appointee. Applications close 24th July 2017.
