Office Administrator, Office Manager and Supervisor (Site Manager)

Office Administrator:

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Generating Invoices
  • Accounts data verifying
  • Assisting with Credit Control
  • Answer accounts queries
  • General office administration
  • Coordination of office services.
  • Liaison with suppliers, contractors and venues.
  • Incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Accommodation and vehicle bookings for senior staff members.
  • Support with general administration duties across the greater business as required.

To be successful in this role you will need

  • 1+ years' experience in accounts or administration within an office environment
  • Intermediate level excel skills with fast and accurate data entry
  • Good communication & time management skills
  • A can-do attitude & be a team player

Office Manager:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure day to administrative support is provided to the Team in the Hamilton Office
  • Manage issues relating to building management including liaising with property owners, and communicate multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Support Director in coordinating schedules and managing the performance of staff etc
  • Order building materials with supplier and book building inspection with City Council
  • Maintain files,records,payment and others paper work
  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies, Security, cleaners and functions

What We're Looking for:

Great organizational and planning experience in a busy office environment:

  • Good communication and Outstanding relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal in English and Chinese
  • Computer Literate – Word/Excel/Outlook
  • Previous experience in management, At least 1 year
  • Prior to relevant education background in Management or Property industry
  • Hold a current valid driver's license

Supervisor (Site Manager)

You will need to manage the crew, maintain the day-to-day production programme and for quality control. To be considered for the role you will require the following:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships
  • Proactively seek to continuously improve performance, deliverables and work efficiencies.
  • Sound knowledge of safety, quality procedures and requirements applied in the maintenance or construction of process plants
  • Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Display effective verbal and written communication capability in English and Chinese
  • High level of personal resilience and persistence
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
  • Understanding of and ability to implement safe work systems
  • You must hold a current valid driver's license
