Company Brief:

Franklin Smith are currently recruiting for two site managers for a leading commercial construction main contractor and developer who have a significant presence in the booming Auckland construction market. Due to a pressing construction programme there is now a requirement for a site manager for a one of the most talked about commercial construction projects in Auckland in recent times.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing day to day site operations
• Ensuring the project is delivered on time, on spec and safely.
• Pushing site through to main programme and hit all key deliverables.
• Attending daily briefings with clients and sub-contractors.
• Supervising sub-contractors and other labour workers.
• Maintaining health and safety records.
• Managing plant and labour returns.
• Ordering and following up on site material deliveries.
• Managing all stakeholder’s requirements.
