Immediate Start, Great Location, Great team environment.

My client are based in Mt Wellington and are seeking a strong administrator within their Sales team. This is no ordinary sales team nor is this role for the faint hearted. The incumbent is relocating up North and an opportunity has come available for someone to step in and make this role their own and ideally someone who can start tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate deposit invoices.
  • Send out works orders & material requisitions.
  • Check with planners on lead & manufacturing times to get delivery dates.
  • Confirm Purchase order with customer.
  • File PO in Customer folder.

General Duties:

  • Manage Spares Input orders
  • Follow up spares
  • Pack & Ship Spares

The successful candidate must have:

  • At least 2 years office administration background.
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing/engineering admin role would be beneficial but not essential.
  • The ability to read engineering drawings/documents would be desirable.
  • Document control experience and computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Able to multitask and be calm under pressure.
  • Collaborative approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent communicator at all levels in the organisation.
  • Flexibility to work to changing priorities and deadlines and, above all, a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised and efficient administration skills.
  • Good data entry and filing abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Sense of humour
