The DKW Recruitment Group is New Zealand owned and operated. Our Head Office is based in Christchurch and we have other branches in Dunedin and, most recently, Queenstown. We are Recruitment Specialists servicing the wider Industrial & Commercial Sectors and offering Trades & Services, Building & Roading Construction, Freight & Logistics, Transport, Warehousing, Factory, Manufacturing, Engineering and Office Support type positions.

At present we are urgently looking for a switched-on 'Payroll Administrator / Assistant' to join and expand our Head Office team in Christchurch.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be As Follows (But Not Limited To):

  • Part Payroll Support – MYOB EXO Experience A Must
  • Prepare Weekly Wage Runs
  • Reconcile And Verify All Wage Payments Are Accurate And Correct
  • Assist And Respond To Payroll Related Queries
  • Update Employee's Details
  • Generate Invoices
  • Reception Support
  • Maintenance Of Records In Accordance With Compliance And Audit Requirements

To be successful for this role you must be self-motivated, approachable and hardworking personality, have excellent telephone manners and have time management skills. Juggling many tasks and high attention to details is also a key requirement for this role. If this sounds like you we would like to hear from you ASAP.
