An experienced PA/administrator is required to work alongside one of Mt Albert's top residential real estate sales consultants and his team consisting of 2 others. This team does a lot of residential development work and also has a dominating presence in the Mt Albert residential market. The successful applicant will be well supported in their role with a Team of Administrators working already in the wider office.

Responsibilities include marketing, managing advertising campaigns, maintaining client database, liaising with vendors and purchasers and various ad-hoc projects requiring a quick thinking, proactive, creative, computer literate person with exceptional people skills and presentation. You must have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft suite. There are also two industry specific software packages that are used extensively and training will be provided on these.

The role is fast paced, rewarding and challenging and requires the ability to multitask, prioritize, adhere to deadlines all while remaining calm and keeping your sense of humour. It goes without saying that you will be highly organized and be able to set up systems and processes.

No one day will be the same and there is plenty of opportunity to take responsibility to ensure the smooth running and growth of this successful team .
