SHARE is a nationwide network of branded Financial Advisers providing personal and business advice in the areas of Insurance, Investment and Mortgages. Our Head Office is in Takapuna, but we have offices all over New Zealand.

We process fortnightly commission payments using the IRESS CommPay system and are looking for a detail orientated and energetic administrator to join our team to manage this important task.

The responsibilities for this role include:

  • Weekly payment of commission to our advisers and thorough reconciliation.
  • Set up of new advisers including training.
  • Provide adviser support relating to commission queries.
  • Provide administration support to the Office Manager and Financial Controller on an as required basis.
  • Answer all telephone and field general queries.


Ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, and in particular Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work alongside a vibrant and committed team.
  • Level of understanding of commission payment systems
