As a professional juggler you excel at balancing tasks, throwing one up, just as another comes down. In order to perform this delicate act, you see the big picture and have the ability to prioritise. When things don't go according to plan you adjust and reprioritise.

If this sounds like you, you could be the talented Resource Coordinator we need.

A pivotal role in our Rotorua based team providing home based support services, you will be responsible for ensuring rosters are successfully managed and staff are appropriately allocated to clients, whilst communicating with them to meet their changing needs. All this, while at the same time providing administration and payroll support.

Juggling isn't the only talent you need, excellent time management, communication, interpersonal, and IT/database skills are a must. You will also be someone who has an excellent customer focus regardless of what is happening around you.
