This is a great role for someone wanting to work at Support Office level, Entry level position, South Auckland Based.

The Company:
Our client is one of New Zealand’s well-established pioneer manufacturers of merino wool. With a reputation for quality and excellence, they supply to customers, all over the globe that specialise in outdoors, ski, and lifestyle health with a sustainability focus.

The role:
You will be supporting the Account Executive and the International Account Manager to ensure that all administrative and support functions and some development product design functions of the sales department are operating effectively.

Duties will include but not be limited to:-
• Responsible for co-ordinating new product enquires with the International Account Manager and Brand communications to ensure the smooth set-up of customer products
• To assist with tradeshow and promotional activities, implementing initiatives as required
• To have sound and up-to-date knowledge of our product and to assist with customer-specific product development programmes, with a view to Product Management in the future
• To ensure sales orders are reported on, despatched and invoiced in a timely manner and monitored to ensure delivery is on time

The skills:
• Highly organised – ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Excellent customer service – customer centric
• Practicality – naturally or aware of the good, better, best principle
• Excel skills – confident to manage complex spreadsheets and work with numbers
• Good at interacting with people – enjoys working with many different ages and personalities and cultures

• Interest in colour, design, print
• Deal well under pressure/calm
• Solution focused/positive
• Willingness to learn/receptive to new ideas/ways to do things
