Our client is a well-recognised and innovative company with branches throughout New Zealand, Australia and Asia. They are looking for a confident and hard-working person with at least six month's administrative experience to join their close-knit team.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Answering phones and greeting customers
  • General administrative duties
  • Maintaining the company database
  • Preparing quotes and tenders
  • Assisting with showroom sales

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

  • At least 6-12 months office experience
  • A team player with strong communication skills
  • Confident and outgoing personality
  • Organised and efficient
  • Attention to detail
