We are seeking Medical Receptionists who can join our South, Central and West cluster. This is an entry-level position for someone who has a genuine passion for working with people. This role is permanent full-time and you will be required to work a mixture of morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts.

About the position

The Medical Receptionist is a key person in the clinic environment, as she/ he is the first point of contact with patients and visitors. You responsibilities will include but are not limited to the below:

  • Receiving and welcoming patients
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Ensuring patient details are maintained and checked on a regular basis
  • Patients are invoiced accurately and claims verified in accordance with invoicing guidelines.
  • Banking is reconciled
  • ACC forms are completed accurately and sent in a timely manner in accordance with guidelines
  • Scanning and filing of documents
  • Patient confidentiality is maintained at all times.
  • All health and safety procedures are complied
  • Patient registration
