The Role
As an Export Coordinator you will be working in a team of three reporting to the Supply Chain Manager. Your main responsibilities will centre on the coordination and preparation of export documentation and financial administration for South American export business.

This includes liaising with suppliers, maintaining track of all shipments and ensuring payments are received and made in a timely manner. Further responsibility will extend to managing and assisting New Zealand and Australian exports.
This includes Customs and Biosecurity documentation requirements & record maintenance for audits using the system PRODOC. Organisation and communication with internal and external parties to ensure smooth progression and processing of trades is a key aspect of this role. For the right candidate, there is scope for development opportunities.

The Candidate
To be considered for this role you will need to have at least 2 years experience within the Export or Shipping industries processing export documentation. You will also be at an advantage if you have dealt with financial administration within exports such as letters of credit. The candidate who fills this role will also have a sound knowledge of systems and preferably have worked with PRODOC before.
