The Role
Working in a team of 3 as an Export Coordinator your main responsibilities will centre on the coordination and preparation of export documentation and financial administration for the export business.
This extends to all export related Customs and Bio Security documentation requirements & record maintenance for audits using the system PRODOCS.
This will all be backed up with exceptional communication across internal and external parties. With this role comes potential growth and huge career potential.

The Candidate
To be considered for this role you will need to have at least 2 years experience within the Export or Shipping industries processing export documentation. You will also be at an advantage if you have dealt with financial administration within exports such as letters of credit and foreign exchange. The candidate who fills this role will also have a sound knowledge of systems and preferably have worked with PRODOCS before.
